Twenty years into the business of owning and curating an art gallery and I am just as grateful today as I was the very first time I opened the RBG doors. I’m grateful to the artists who exhibit and I’m grateful to those who show up and make each opening the magical evenings they are.
This last Friday we opened Galactic Primitivism which features original paintings and drawing by Adam Little. Adam and his family along with a contingency of about 15 others ventured north from Davenport Iowa to join us for the opening reception.
I can’t begin to thank Adam enough for sharing his talents with us and for all those who attended the opening. As always a huge thank you to Ken O’Brien, Julie Partlow Hinds and Laura Weaver for making the night run so smoothly!
The exhibit is up for another 4 weeks so please swing by during gallery hours if you were not able to attend opening night. We will be posting a date for an artist talk with Adam as well as a Coffee Klatch later this week. I will also be posting a number of images yet for sale throughout the run of this exhibit so keep an eye out for those.
